Cement Blanket is a breakthrough material technology, which can use concrete on slopes, water and other hard-to-reach positions without form or mixing, and has lower equipment requirements.

It is made of special cement, aggregate and other cementious materials and three-dimensional fabrics.

I. Main Components and Structure

Cement Blanket adopts a three-dimensional fiber composite structure woven from polyethylene and polypropylene filaments, containing a specially formulated dry concrete mixture. 

II. Main Characteristics

• Ease of Use: It can be provided in large rolls or as loose material, facilitating manual loading, unloading, and transportation without the need for large-scale lifting machinery. The concrete is pre-mixed to a scientific ratio, eliminating the need for on-site mixing.

• Rapid Setting and Shaping: It can still be shaped within 2 hours after watering and achieves 80% of its strength within 24 hours. The setting speed can also be adjusted according to user requirements.

• Environmentally Friendly: The materials used are 95% less than those in conventional cement making it low-carbon and environmentally friendly.

• Flexible Application: It has good drapeability and can adapt to complex shapes. It can be cut or trimmed with ordinary hand tools before setting.

• High Material Strength: Fiber reinforcement enhances material strength, prevents cracking, and can absorb impact energy.

• Long-term Durability: It is resistant to chemical erosion, weathering, and does not degrade under sunlight.
